- First toll plaza operator in Malaysia to obtain ISO 9002 certificate (high standards and quality of the system production, installation and services) and was the first toll plaza operator to obtain the certification which later successfully converted to the current standard under ISO 9001:2000.
- First toll plaza in Malaysia to introduce toll payment by Contactless Smart Card
- It has also successfully upgraded the ISO 9001:2000 registration to include maintenance services under the scopes of; Civil & Structure and Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Services, Traffic and Safety Management.
- In 1986 it has won the Grand Award in the United States of America Engineering Excellence Competition sponsored by the Consulting Engineers Council of Consulting Engineers, Washington. In 1993, it won the FIABCI Special Award (Development and Construction Phase Category) from the International Real Estate Federation of Malaysia.
